Best birthday gift for Chairman Tizon
Hugpong Federal Chairman Celso Tizon and Secretary General Vergelio dela Cruz show a signed copy of the MOA accrediting and partnering HFMP with the DILG's campaign on Federalism being undertaken by the Local Government Academy. It came right before the birthday of Chairman Tizon who has worked tirelessly to promote the advocacy of President Rodrigo Duterte to shift from unitary to federal system of government. Congrats HFMP and Happy birthday Chairman!
The HFMP is registered with the SEC and its voluntary efforts as a grassroots mass movement for federalism has been recognized by the Office of the President.

A crowd of 25,000 inside and outside the Sultan Kudarat Provincial Gym attended the Federalism Assembly on December 2, 2017.
The participants came not only from Sultan Kudarat but also from Maguindanao, Sarangani and South Cotabato.
It was hosted by Gov Pax Mangudadatu and Cong Mangudadatu where SecGen Vergilio dela Cruz and National Convenor Peter Lavina shared the historical context and basic principles of Federalism.
National Chairman Celso Tizon also spoke via phone patch calling on the people to support the advocacy of President Rodrigo Duterte to a shift to a fedralism system and junk the unitary system of government.
Next stop in the calendar of HFMP are events in Panay Island Region and Negros Island Region even as chapters nationwide prepare for the Pahalipay para sa #BangonMarawi set on December 16, 2017.

Tens of thousands join Nov 30 RevGov rallies nationwide
Tens of thousands of Astig Volunteers joined in yesterday's Call for a People's Revolutionary Government granting President Rodrigo Duterte a mandate to fast track genuine change in the country and shift to a federal system of government. Members of HFMP on its own and in some areas joining other groups showed total support for RevGov as a means to exercise the sovereign will of the people. Chairman Celso Tizon expressed elation over the turn out and participation of HFMP in rallies nationwide. He along with National SecGen Vergilio dela Cruz, HFMP adviser Deputy Mayor Randy Usman and HFPM Muslim Affairs Chief Engr. Sam Pangandaman attended the rally in Manila. National Convenor Peter Lavina was the main speaker in Butuan City.
Various mass actions were held in key regional centers such as Laoag City, Santiango City. Baguio City, Metro Manila, Calapan Mindoro, Puerto Princesa Palawan, Iloilo City, Bacolod City, Ipil Zamboanga Sibugay, Pagadian City, Iligan City, Cagayan de Oro City, Butuan City, Davao City, Koronadal, South Cotabato and Cotabato City.
